Collaboratively with Community Partners to Assess Afterschool Nutrition Environments, ” describes how the University of Tennessee’s MCH Nutrition Leadership Education & Training Program faculty and trainees and Knox County Health Department staff work together to improve after-school nutrition environments in Knox County.
