Siddhi Patel
Siddhi Patel, a Public Health Minor, was awarded a 2023 AURA for her project Operación Sanidad that will be conducted in partnership with Centro Hispano. Siddhi’s project seeks to evaluate Centro Hispano’s current methods of healthcare delivery and determine how they can be improved. She sees this project as an opportunity to help Centro Hispano deliver healthcare more efficiently to underserved Hispanic families in Knoxville and as an invaluable experience to her future goal of opening a non-profit, free clinic for underserved populations. Her faculty mentor for this project is Dr. Phoebe Tran.
