Distance Ed students achieve life goals

What can a distance education degree in public health do for you?  Well, just look at the amazing news that two of our current online students recently received.

A Phenomenal Fellowship Opportunity

Epidemiology student Desarai King accepted a  2024 CDC Office or Readiness and Response ORISE Summer Fellowship.

Recipients of this fellowship help the CDC improve its preparedness and response capabilities to potential public health emergencies.  Depending upon the student’s background, they can gain valuable experience in data analysis, public health policy, or the development of public health related communication materials.  They also have the opportunity to collaborate with active scientific teams and work groups.

Congratulations to Desari for earning this amazing opportunity!
